"Boston's Family Fireworks Celebration"
Presented by Mayor Thomas M. Menino and the Mugar Foundation
On December 31st at 7 PM, this 12-minute fireworks display will take place at the Boston Common Ballfi eld where revelers will have a front-row view of this very special pyrotechnic celebration. For the 11th consecutive year, Boston’s Family Fireworks Celebration rings in the New Year at midnight Greenwich Mean Time (the world’s standard) with an intimate display, including dozens of special effects and a barrage of color. Please come join us as we welcome 2010.
NOTE: Announcements will be made to the public if the timing of the fi reworks display changes due to weather.
